Brady's Gymnastics

Brady started gymnastics a few weeks ago and he is loving it! He is having so much fun! He loves to do the bars, he is so excited for his turn he jumps up and down while he waits. He improves so much each week it is really fun to watch him.

Blakes First Dentist Visit

Today was Blake's first visit to the dentist. He did a great job. The dentist said his teeth looked good. It went well for his first time, he was very proud of himself for being so brave. He was very happy with his new toothbrush he got.Reading while he waits. Thankfully we didn't wait long at all.

Melbourne Zoo

We went to the Melbourne Zoo we have been there before and really like it. It is a really nice zoo but it was a very hot day which is not a good time to go to the zoo because all the animals want to do is sleep and hide in the shade. We had a nice time even if we didn't get to see all the animals. We did see the platypus which is my favorite it was swimming around in circles, so cute.
This is the butterfly house it was so cool there are thousands of butterflies flying around, all different kinds. One butterfly landed on Abby's bow she thought it was so funny.
There was a little girl who had a butterfly land on her finger so Brady was holding his finger out in hopes that one would land on his. But no luck

Gathering Toys

Abby loves playing with her toys!!! She gathers all the toys she wants to play with and spreads them out all around her. She will play and play with her gathered toys for a very long time. She likes to wonder around and explore things, she really knows how to keep herself busy. I will be busy cleaning something and things will be very quite I will go and see what is going on and more often then not she is busy playing with the toys she has collected.
Brady made a house for his stuffed animals out of this box. Abby decided to move in and read books to the stuffed animals. I found her upstairs in the boys room reading to the stuffed animals she was talking and telling them all about the things she saw in the books. It was very cute.

Abby has been living in these Dora PJ's. The minute we pull into the garage she wants her Dor Dor Jams on. She puts on her PJ's and pulls the bow out of her hair and is happy as can be.

Philip Island

After Brady's tee ball game we decided to drive to Philip Island to go to the beach and spend the night. We stayed at a place with little two bedroom houses, and a nice pool and playground for the kids. We spent a few hours playing at the beach making sand castles and wading in the water. Expect for Brady he was swimming in the water he never cares how cold it is (he is a fish like his Grandma). The water was very cold but it was a warm day, Nice and sunny. The kids looked for seashells which is always a favorite at the beach. Abby loved to get water in her bucket and put the seashells she had found in it. After the beach we decided to go back to our place and go for a little swim. It was way to cold for me but Travis and the kids jumped right in. They had a little baby pool Abby and Blake loved, they had so much fun jumping and splashing around. Things have been really busy for Travis and he has been traveling alot so it was a much needed brake. It was great to hang out and relax!!!
Brady said it was nice of Dad to bring us to this nice place but the best thing is everybody being together. He is such a nice boy.

First Tee Ball Game

Brady had his first tee ball game on Saturday, his favorite thing about it is Travis is his coach. He was so excited when he found out his dad was going to coach his team he couldn't wait to get started. They both seemed to have a lot of fun. There are seven different teams, Brady is playing on the Phillies. There were a lot of Americans there, I don't think we have heard so many American accents since we've been here. The guy who is over the tee ball program is from Oklahoma when he saw that Brady had played tee ball in California he called and asked Travis if he would coach. We are looking forward to a fun season.Brady waiting for a ball to come.
