The Perfect Hat

Abby wanted to wear a hat to the park. She found some of her Dora undies and thought they were the perfect hat. She was very pleased with herself. She enjoyed dancing with her hat on.

Grandma's Here!!!

Grandma came to visit for a few weeks. Everyone has been so excited for her to get here. We picked her up from the airport, took her bags home and headed to play pitch and putt golf. This has become our families favorite pass time. It is really alot of fun because we can all go golfing together.

Playing in The Rain

Today when we pick up Brady from school it was pouring rain. After walking into the school to get Brady and back out to the car we were all soaked even with our umbrellas. When we got home the kids decided since they were already wet they may as well play in the rain. It was fun to watch them splashing in the rain. I loved playing in the rain when I was a kid.

Blake got all dressed up for his dad to come home from work, but it took to long. I thought he looked so cute with his little gloves and hat on.

Book of Mormon Halloween

On Halloween the primary had a Book of Mormon party. The kids dressed like someone from the B of M and had a bunch of activities talking about people in the B of M. They made an alter out of candy rocks, they bobbed for apples and made Carmel apples at the Tree of Life section. The Primary President is American and wanted to have a Halloween party but I guess most members don't like the idea of Halloween and dressing up like dead people and witches etc. so she made it church friendly. The kids had a great time this was the first Primary thing Blake has been to and he loved it. My kids costumes are pretty silly, this is what I could find around the house.

Halloween Party

Thursday we had a Halloween party for Brady and Blake's friends. They don't really celebrate Halloween here so I decided we would have a party so we could enjoy Halloween. In the morning we had Blake's party before the kids went to afternoon Kinder. After school we had Brady's party with his friends. They played some games, made a bag for their candy, frosted sugar cookies, and best of all trick or treating. They only went to one house my neighbors I gave her a bucket full of candy and asked if the kids could come trick or treat. She was so happy to do it. After we went trick or treating the kids did a candy hunt around the yard so they could fill up their bags. Everyone seemed to have a really great time including the mums. I think it was a success. Brady's Gymnastics

Brady started gymnastics a few weeks ago and he is loving it! He is having so much fun! He loves to do the bars, he is so excited for his turn he jumps up and down while he waits. He improves so much each week it is really fun to watch him.
